摘要
为提高能量桩热交换效率,在能量桩混凝土中掺入石墨和玄武岩纤维,采用正交试验法研究不同水胶比、石墨掺量、玄武岩纤维掺量以及玄武岩纤维长度对能量桩混凝土抗压强度和导热系数的影响。研究结果表明:掺入石墨可以提高混凝土导热系数但抗压强度随之降低;掺入玄武岩纤维可以增加混凝土抗压强度;分析得出能量桩桩基混凝土的最佳配合比为水胶比0.38,石墨掺量5%,玄武岩纤维掺量0.3%且纤维长度12 mm。
In order to improve the heat exchange efficiency of energy pile,graphite and basalt fiber were added into energy pile concrete.The effects of different water-binder ratio,graphite content,basalt fiber content and basalt fiber length on the compressive strength and thermal conductivity of energy pile concrete were studied by orthogonal test.The results show that adding graphite can improve the thermal conductivity of concrete but decrease the compressive strength.Adding basalt fiber can increase the compressive strength of concrete.The analysis shows that the best combination of concrete for energy pile foundation is water-binder ratio of 0.38,graphite content of 5%,basalt fiber content of 0.3%and fiber length of 12 mm.
