新型建筑裂缝修补材料配比优化及修补效果研究 被引量:4

摘要 砖混结构作为城镇化快速发展过程中的过渡式结构,随着使用年限的增长会产生砖体裂缝,严重威胁结构的安全性,使用传统的水泥基修补材料或采用组合式修补方式存在修补效果差和经济成本高等缺陷。因此,研究一种凝结时间快、强度高和施工简便的修补材料对砖体结构裂缝修补具有重要意义。本文通过控制变量法对磷酸镁水泥基砂浆的最佳配合比进行了研究,并将其作为砖体裂缝的粘结材料。研究结果表明:磷酸镁水泥基砂浆在砖砌体裂缝修复过程中硬化速度快、成型简单,适用于快速维修工程;材料的最佳配合比为:M/K值为3、水胶比为0.09、砂胶比为0.5、缓凝剂掺量为2.5%;采用磷酸镁水泥基砂浆修补裂缝后的砖体抗弯强度是初始砖体抗弯强度的2倍,说明该材料及修补方式是可行且有效的。 Brick and concrete structure as a transition structure in the rapid development of urbanization,with the increase of service life,cracks will be generated in the brick body,which seriously threatens the safety of the structure.The traditional cement-based repair materials or combined repair methods have defects of poor repair effect and high economic cost.Therefore,it is of great significance to study a kind of repairing material with fast setting time,high strength and simple construction.In the paper,the optimal mix ratio of magnesium phosphate cement mortar is studied by control variable method,and it is used as the bonding material for brick masonry cracks.The results show that the magnesium phosphate cement-based mortar has a fast hardening rate and is simple to form in the process of brickwork crack repair,which is suitable for rapid repair engineering.The optimum mix ratio of the material is as follows:M/K value is 3,water binder ratio is 0.09,sand binder ratio is 0.5,retarder dosage is 2.5%;The flexural strength of brick repaired with magnesium phosphate cement-based mortar is twice that of the initial brick,which indicates that the material and repair method are feasible and effective.
