摘要
超小尺寸的硅量子点具有稳定的发光特性、生物相容性以及广泛的应用领域而受到关注。我们采用简单的低温水热合成方法和廉价的反应物。首先将金属有机框架(MOFs)粉末浸泡在硅烷溶液中,加入葡萄糖作为还原剂在低温条件下反应数小时,制备Si@MOFs复合纳米晶。选择稳定UiO-66(Zr)作为反应载体提供硅量子点(Si QDs)的生长位点,成功制得了Si@UiO-66(Zr)复合物。对目标化合物进行了荧光性质的研究,结果表明在340 nm激发波长下,该化合物表现出强烈的荧光性能。该工作对拓展Si QDs的应用领域具有重要意义。
Ultra-small size silicon quantum dots(Si QDs)have attracted great attention because of their stable luminescence properties,biocompatibility,and wide range of applications.Si@MOFs nanocomposites were prepared by simple low-temperature hydrothermal synthesis and inexpensive reactants,which metal-organic framework(MOFs)powder was immersed in silane reagent,and glucose was used as a reducing agent to react for several hours.Herein,the Si@UiO-66(Zr)composites were successfully prepared by selecting stable UiO-66(Zr)as the reaction carrier to provide the growth site of Si QDs.In addition,the fluorescence test showed that the compound had strong fluorescence properties at 340 nm excitation.This work is of great significance in extending the application field of Si QDs.
