2020年潍坊主城区碘缺乏病监测分析

摘要 目的了解2020年潍坊城区重点人群(孕妇、学龄儿童)的碘营养状况及普通居民食盐加碘情况,为潍坊市居民科学合理补碘提供数据支持。方法监测点的设置原则参照《全国碘缺乏病监测方案(2016版)》,监测点数量依据潍坊市潍城区、奎文区、高新区、坊子区、寒亭区5个区现有人口比例设置,食盐样本的采集未区分重点人群。采用随机抽样方式,采集所设置监测点内食用盐、孕妇及学龄儿童尿液进行盐碘、尿碘含量检测并进行结果分析。结果5个区共测定食盐样本600份,盐碘中位数均值为22.1 mg/kg,碘盐覆盖率为96.5%,碘盐合格率为91.8%;测定8~10岁儿童尿样1500份,5个区尿碘中位数均值为165.8μg/L;孕妇尿样1500份,5个区尿碘中位数均值为151.2μg/L,尿碘浓度<150μg/L占47.8%。结论2020年潍坊市主城区8~10岁学龄儿童的碘营养水平总体处在适宜水平,但孕妇碘营养水平偏低,近50%的孕妇处于碘缺乏状态。 Objective To provide scientific basis for iodine nutrition among key population in Weifang City,this paper in-vestigates iodine nutritional status of key population(pregnant women and school-age children)and salt iodization of ordi-nary residents in Weifang urban area in 2020.Methods The setting principle of monitoring points took National iodine de-ficiency diseases surveillance plan in China(2016 Edition)as reference,and the number of monitoring points was set ac-cording to the current population proportion of Weicheng District,Kuiwen District,high-tech Zone District,Fangzi District and Hanting District in Weifang City;while the collection of salt samples was at random.Salt iodine and urine iodine con-tent of samples of the edible salt,the urine of pregnant women and school-age children in the monitoring points were detec-ted at random and the results were analyzed.Results A total of 600 salt samples were detected in the five areas,with the median of salt iodine being 22.1 mg/kg,the coverage rate of iodized salt 96.5%and the qualified rate of iodized salt 91.8%.1500 urine samples of children aged 8-10 years were measured,with the median of urinary iodine among children aged 8-10 being 165.8μg/L;while 1500 urine samples of pregnant women were measured,and 47.8%of them were with the median of urinary iodine being 151.2μg/L and urinary iodine concentration<150μg/L.Conclusion The iodine nu-trition level of 8-10-year-old school-aged children in Weifang urban area in 2020 is on the average,but the iodine nutri-tional level of pregnant women is mildly lower,with nearly 50%of pregnant women being iodine deficient.
