摘要 随着冀东油田提质增效工作的开展,电气自动化被广泛应用在油田的各个领域,冀东油田分公司钻采工艺研究院井下工具实验室为了满足科研项目需求,不断提高自己的自动化水平,降低人员成本,将实验人员从繁琐复杂的体力劳动解放出来,使其掌握先进的现代科技,进一步优化实验方案,满足各类井下工具研发中对复杂环境的实验需求,同时又保证实验数据的可靠性和工作环境的安全性,为研发新的井下工具提供有力保障。目前,该院正积极研究探索更优的电气设计方案,使电气自动化技术更好的应用到井下工具研发当中。 With the development of the work of improving quality and eff iciency in Jidong Oilf ield,electrical automation is widely used in various f ields of the oilf ield.In order to meet the needs of scientif ic research projects,the downhole tool laboratory of Drilling and Production Technology Research Institute continuously improves its automation level,reduces personnel costs,liberates the laboratory personnel from tedious and complex physical labor,enables them to master advanced modern technology,and further optimize the experimental scheme,To meet the experimental requirements for complex environments in the development of various downhole tools,and at the same time to ensure the reliability of experimental data and the safety of the working environment,providing a strong guarantee for the development of new downhole tools.We will also actively study and explore better electrical design schemes to better apply electrical automation technology to the development of downhole tools.
