自升式钻井平台桩靴改造方法在“鸡蛋壳地层”插桩中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 对自升式钻井平台桩靴进行加大改造,可以减小单根桩腿预压载压强,提升桩靴就位时安全系数,减小平台就位“鸡蛋壳地层”穿刺风险。本文基于“招商海龙9”自升式钻井平台就位恩平20-5区块桩靴加大改造实际案例;详细介绍了平台桩靴加大改造设计方案,及改造后就位相关区块实际压载情况。实际应用施工资料表明,桩靴加大改造后,桩腿预压载压强大幅减小,对应“鸡蛋壳地层”处安全系数满足规范要求,有效消除了桩靴就位穿刺风险。研究成果作为桩靴加大改造方法在“鸡蛋壳地层”插桩中成功应用案例,将为我国自升式钻井平台就位“鸡蛋壳地层”消除穿刺风险提供宝贵经验与技术指导,助力油气安全高效开发。 By enlarging the transformation of spudcan of jack-up drilling platform,the preballast pressure of single pile leg can be reduced,the safety factor of spudcan in position can be improved,and the puncture risk of the platform in position of“egg shell formation”can be reduced.This paper is based on the actual case of spudcan enlarging reconstruction of HL9 jack-up drilling platform in EP20-5;The design scheme of platform pile shoe enlarging transformation and the actual ballast situation of relevant block after transformation are introduced in detail.The actual application and construction data show that the pre-ballast pressure of pile leg is greatly reduced after the reconstruction of pile boots,and the safety factor at the corresponding egg shell formation meets the specification requirements,effectively eliminating the puncture risk of pile boots in place.The results of the research will provide valuable experiences and technical guidance for our country’s jack-up drilling platforms to eliminate puncture risks in the egg shell formation as the successful application of pile boot increasing method.
