摘要
自升式钻井平台就位“鸡蛋壳地层”时,由于地层上部硬薄层的不稳定性,易发生单根桩腿突然快速下沉的穿刺现象。钻孔法主动穿刺是一种有效降低穿刺风险的措施。研究内容基于恩平10-2区块的典型“鸡蛋壳地层”土质情况,利用传统API计算模型理论,进行了HYSY943平台就位恩平10-2区块时插桩深度计算预测及穿刺风险评估;针对穿刺风险大的评估结果,提出了钻孔法主动穿刺相关施工方案,包括钻孔直径、钻孔数量、钻孔深度以及钻孔顺序等关键参数;收集现场实际作业资料,经过钻孔前后地层承载力预测情况对比,证明可以有效破坏“鸡蛋壳地层”,消除后续插桩作业穿刺风险。研究成果可为我国自升式钻井平台就位“鸡蛋壳地层”钻孔法主动穿刺方案设计提供相关指导,助力油气安全高效开发。
When jack-up drilling platform is installed in egg shell formation,due to the instability of the hard and thin layer in the upper part of the formation,the puncture phenomenon of a single pile leg sinking suddenly and quickly is easy to occur.Active puncture by drilling is an effective measure to reduce puncture risk.In this paper,based on the typical soil condition of egg shell stratum in EP10-2,the traditional API calculation model theory was used to calculate and predict the pile insertion depth and puncture risk assessment when HYSY943 platform was in EP10-2.According to the evaluation results of high puncture risk,the relevant construction scheme of active puncture by drilling method was proposed,including key parameters such as the diameter of the hole,the number of holes,the depth of the hole and the sequence of the hole.After collecting the actual operation data and comparing the bearing capacity prediction before and after drilling,it is proved that the egg shell formation can be effectively destroyed and the puncture risk of subsequent pile driving operation can be eliminated.The results of the research will provide relevant guidance for the design of active puncture scheme of the egg shell formation drilling rig in our country.
