摘要 从风险分级管控与隐患排查治理两方面探讨和实施高校实验室安全管理的双重预防机制体系。结合高校实验室的实际情况,确定了风险等级和风险控制措施,通过风险分级管控体系对实验室风险情况予以告知。确定了实验室安全隐患排查治理清单和计划,深入开展隐患问题整治;建立了完善的PDCA隐患排查治理闭环管理过程,并且将双重预防机制与信息化平台相结合,开发了高校实验室安全管理平台,从而达到对实验室的有效管控,提高高校实验室安全管理水平。 Based on risk classification management and control,hidden danger investigation and management,the research discusses and implements the system of double prevention mechanisms in university laboratories.Combined with the practical conditions of university laboratories,the article determines the risk level,risk control measures,and response to the laboratory risk situation through the risk classification and control system.The authors define the list and plan for hidden danger investigation and management and further carry out the hidden danger problem improvement.Derived from the PDCA mode,researchers build a complete closed-loop management process of invisible danger inspection and management.Furthermore,the double prevention mechanisms are integrated with the information platform to develop a laboratory safety management platform in the university,thus effectively controlling the laboratory and improving the laboratory safety management capability.
