摘要
采用响应面优化法优化了葵花籽壳生物炭和核桃壳生物炭的制备工艺参数,研究了温度、时间、粒径三因素之间的交互影响。结果表明:葵花籽壳生物炭的最佳制备工艺参数为:温度694℃、时间2.02 h、粒径250μm(60目),Cd~(2+)吸附量为21.39 mg/g;三因素间的显著性影响顺序为温度、粒径、时间。核桃壳生物炭的最佳制备工艺参数为:温度502℃、时间4.32 h、粒径250μm(60目),Cd~(2+)吸附量为14.13 mg/g;三因素间的显著性影响顺序为时间、温度、粒径。实验值和预测值之间良好的一致性支持了该响应面模型预测吸附的适用性。
In this study,response surface methodology was used to optimize the preparation conditions of sunflower seed shell biochar and walnut shell biochar.And the interaction of temperature,time,particle size was studied.The results showed that the best preparation parameters of sunflower seed shell biochar were:694℃temperature,2.02 h time,250μm(60 mesh)particle size,and Cd 2+adsorption capacity was 21.39 mg/g.The order of significance among the three factors was temperature,particle size,and time.The best preparation parameters of walnut shell biochar were:502℃temperature,4.32 h time,250μm(60 mesh)particle size,and Cd 2+adsorption capacity was 14.13 mg/g;the order of significance among the three factors was time,temperature,and particle size.The good agreement found between experimental and predicted values supports the suitability of the applied model to predict the adsorption treatment.
