过度教育视角下的“考研热”现象分析 被引量:3

摘要 我国高等教育已进入普及化阶段,而最新的发展战略下对高学历层次人才需求旺盛。伴随高校毕业生规模扩大等现象,就业问题凸显,升学意向增强,考研热度显著提升。基于过度教育的新视角,从劳动力市场分割理论与配置理论揭示“考研热”现象的生成逻辑,并具体表现为分析农村生源、发达地区、往届生、学科、名校和虚假“考研热”。为警惕过度教育导致的不良后果,提出加大产业结构升级力度、缩小劳动力市场分割程度,提倡理性教育投资、减少个人过度教育损失,完善高校就业指导课程、促进合理规划职业生涯等“冷”思考。 China’s higher education has entered the stage of popularization,and there is a strong demand for highly educated talents under the latest development strategy.With the expansion of the scale of college graduates and other phenomena,employment issues have become prominent,the intention to pursue higher education has increased,and the popularity of postgraduate entrance exams has significantly increased.Based on a new perspective of over education,this paper reveals the generation logic of the phenomenon of“postgraduate entrance examination fever”from the perspective of labor market segmentation theory and allocation theory,and specifically analyzes rural student sources,developed regions,past students,disciplines,prestigious schools,and false“postgraduate entrance examination fever”.In order to be vigilant against the negative consequences caused by excessive education,it is proposed to increase the upgrading of industrial structure,reduce the degree of labor market segmentation,promote rational investment in education,reduce personal losses from excessive education,improve college employment guidance courses,and promote reasonable career planning.
