基于FLUENT的地埋管出水温度影响因素研究

摘要 研究地埋管出水温度对于减轻土壤冷热堆积现象具有理论意义和实用价值。文章利用FLUENT、GAMBIT建立换热模型并进行数值模拟,得到了以下结论:夏季工况循环介质的流速越大、循环介质进口温度越高会使出口水温度增加;夏季工况土壤和回填材料导热系数越高出口水温越低。冬季工况循环介质的流速越大出口水温度越低;冬季工况循环介质进口温度越高、土壤导热系数越大、回填材料导热系数越高会使出水温度升高。 Studying the outlet water temperature of buried pipes has theoretical significance and practical value for reducing the accumulation of cold and hot soil.In this paper,FLUEN and GAMBIT were used to establish a heat exchange model and to conduct numerical simulations.The following conclusions were obtained:Higher flow rate and inlet temperature of circulating medium in summer lead to a higher outlet water temperature.A higher thermal conductivity of soil and backfill materials in summer gives rise to a lower the outlet water temperature.A higher flow rate of circulating medium in winter corresponds to a lower the outlet water temperature.Higher inlet temperature of the circulating medium and thermal conductivities of the soil and backfill material in winter result in a higher outlet water temperature.
