摘要
通过对国内外生命末期患者临终梦境与愿景的相关概念、内涵、现状、影响、识别的困难与挑战等方面进行综述,为我国生命末期患者临终梦境与愿景相关研究的开展提供参考。临终梦境与愿景是生命末期患者的主观体验,对患者及其家属有深远的意义。由于我国安宁疗护处于初始阶段,关于生命末期患者临终前经历的研究较少,相关人员专业认知度不高。故建议加强专业培训和宣传,重视生命末期患者心理护理和人文关怀,以保证我国安宁疗护的可持续发展。
This article reviews the related concepts,connotations,status quo and impact of end-of-life dreams and visions,as well as difficulties and challenges in identification,aiming to provide reference for end-of-life patients hospice care in China.End-of-life dreams and visions are subjective experiences of patients at the end of their lives,which have far-reaching significance for patients and their families.Since hospice care is in its initial stage in China,there are few studies on the experiences of patients at the end of life,and insufficient awareness among related personnel.Therefore,it is suggested to strengthen professional training and publicity,pay more attention to the psychological nursing and humanistic care of patients at the end of life,so as to ensure the sustainable development of hospice care in China.
