摘要 为落实电力企业能源转型发展、绿色建造、智能建造新要求,实现工程建设的数字化转型发展,从电力企业为代表的资本性投资业主企业视角出发,结合工程建设领域的数字化应用案例和领先实践分析,识别了工程建设管理数字化转型方向,提出了工程建设数字化综合平台解决方案。重点从项目规划设计、项目现场管理、项目管控等价值链环节,推进端到端数字化转型行动,细化各条线下的技术应用和能力要求,形成工程建设数字化转型演进路径,可为电力企业后续数字化转型升级行动提供参考。 Electric Power enterprises face the new requirements of energy transformation and development,green construction and intelligent construction,as well as realize the digital transformation and development of engineering construction.To implement the above requirements,from the perspective of capital investment owners represented by electric power enterprises,combined with the analysis of digital application cases and pioneering practices in the field of engineering construction,this research attempts to identify the direction of digital transformation of construction management,and proposes the project construction digital integrated platform solution.Focused on project planning and design,project site management,project control and other value chain links,it aims at promote end-to-end digital transformation actions,refining the technology application and capacity requirements,forming the path of digital transformation and evolution of engineering construction.It can provide reference for the subsequent digital transformation and upgrading of electric power enterprises.
