摘要
项目式实践是高等工程教育中工程训练改革的重要方向之一。开放创新式实践项目能够培养工科学生的综合工程实践能力与创新思维,契合新工科背景下对卓越工程创新人才培养要求。通过分析近两年上海交通大学工程实践教学改革中开放创新式实践教学所呈现出的项目题目来源狭窄,过分强调创新,对设计环节重视不够,重电控、轻结构,重功能性、轻可靠性、过于理想化等各种问题,提出了项目开展前的引导、注重兴趣引导、规范项目开发流程、重视思政教育等教学优化方向,并对实践教学成果进行了总结。
Project-based practice is one of the important directions of engineering training reform in higher engineering education.Open and innovative practice projects can cultivate engineering students’comprehensive engineering practice ability and innovative thinking,and meet the educational requirements for outstanding engineering innovation talents under the new engineering background.By analyzing the various problems presented by the open and innovative practice teaching in the reform of engineering practice teaching in the past two years,such as the narrow source of projects and too idealization;emphasis is placed on innovation rather than foundation,emphasis on electronic control rather than structure,and emphasis on functions rather than reliability,in the process of practice.The corresponding teaching optimization directions are proposed,such as doing a good job in project establishment guidance,interest traction,standardization of project development process,and the combination of practice and ideological and political education.Finally,the teaching results achieved by practical teaching are summarized.
