产教深度融合协同探索面向新工科的创新人才培养模式——以上海交通大学学生创新中心为例 被引量:65

摘要 深化产教融合,促进校企协同育人是提高创新人才培养的重要举措。介绍了上海交通大学学生创新中心与产业界开展了多形式、全方位、系统化的深度合作,以新技术为牵引共建联合人才中心及多层次的创新平台,共建层次化、进阶式发展的课程体系及多元的教学模式,将竞赛作为课程的实践环节,设立大创校企课题和产学研项目,形成课赛结合、产学研结合、共建共享教学基地的培养形式。实践表明,产教深度融合可有效促进学生创新能力培养,形成面向新工科的良性互动的创新人才培养模式。 Deepening the integration of the industry and education,promoting the school-enterprise collaborative education are some of the important measures to improve the training of talents.The student innovation center of Shanghai Jiao Tong university has carried out multiform,systematic and in-depth cooperation with the industry,with the new technology as the traction to jointly build joint talent center and the multi-level innovation platform.It aims to build a hierarchical and progressive curriculum system as well as a diversified teaching model.The competition is taken as the practical part of the course.It sets up school-enterprise program and research project.The program is based on the industry-study-research and it has effectively promoted the cultivation of students’innovation ability and formed a positive interactive training mode of innovative talents for new engineering.Training talents of new engineering is based on the deep integration of industry and education.It provides reference for domestic colleges and universities.
