摘要
目的探究子宫压缩性缝合术治疗产后出血的临床效果。方法选取2019年12月至2022年5月东营市第五人民医院收治的68例产后出血患者作为研究对象,根据不同的治疗方法分为常规组与手术组,每组各34例。常规组采用缩宫素+米索前列醇治疗,手术组采用子宫压缩性缝合术治疗,比较两组的临床效果。结果手术组的抑制出血时间短于常规组(P<0.05)。手术组的治疗总有效率高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论子宫压缩性缝合术治疗产后出血的临床效果显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of uterine compression suture in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods A total of 68 patients with postpartum hemorrhage admitted to the Fifth People’s Hospital of Dongying from December 2019 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into conventional group and operation group,with 34 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with Oxytocin+Misoprostol,and the operation group was treated with uterine compression suture.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results The bleeding inhibition time in the operation group was shorter than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the operation group was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of uterine compression suture in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage is significant,which is worthy of clinic al application.
