摘要
主动配电网分布式能源消纳模型对于提升系统经济性和可靠性有着重要意义。文章提出了计及不确定性的主动配电网分布式能源多时间尺度消纳方法,通过不同时间尺度的配合提升主动配电网的分布式能源消纳水平。该方法首先在日前消纳尺度中考虑了分布式能源出力的不确定性,采用随机机会约束规划理论进行建模,考虑到最大化分布式能源消纳率和最小化系统综合运行成本建立多目标函数。考虑到置信度水平,将目标函数采用机会约束形式表示,将最优化模型转化为对乐观值的最大化。所建立的最优化消纳模型还计及节点电压约束、储能模块运行约束、消纳约束等必要约束条件;然后针对分布式能源出力在实时运行中的偏差,采用合理的策略进行不平衡功率调整;最后基于混沌粒子群算法设计模型求解流程,通过对以IEEE33节点系统为基准的典型主动配电网制定消纳策略,验证了模型的有效性。
Distributed energy consumption model of active distribution network is of great significance to improve system economy and reliability.A multi-time scale energy consumption method of active distribution network considering uncertainty is proposed,and the level of distributed energy consumption of active distribution network is improved by combining different time scales.This method first takes into account the uncertainty of distributed energy output in the day-ahead consumption scale,uses the stochastic opportunity constraint programming theory to model,and establishes a multi-objective function to maximize the consumption rate of distributed energy and minimize the comprehensive operation cost of the system.Considering the confidence level,the objective function is expressed in the form of opportunity constraint,and the optimization model is transformed into the maximization of optimistic value.The established optimal consumption model also takes into account the necessary constraints such as node voltage constraint,energy storage module operation constraint and consumption constraint.Secondly,for the deviation of distributed energy output in real-time operation,a reasonable strategy is adopted to adjust the unbalanced power.The solving process of the model is designed based on the chaotic particle swarm optimization algorithm.Finally,the validity of the model is verified by formulating the consumption strategy for the typical active distribution network based on the IEEE33 node system.
