300 MW燃煤锅炉启动过程中壁温超温原因分析与对策研究

摘要 针对某机组锅炉在启动过程中大幅度超温现象发生概率较高的问题,分析锅炉启动过程中壁温超温的原因,通过调整送风量、配风方式和油枪投退来控制各段烟气温度和各级减温器后汽温,验证了严格按照开机曲线规范来控制升压升温率能够解决锅炉启动过程中的管壁超温问题,保障了机组锅炉运行的安全性。 The causes of wall temperature over-temperature during boiler startup are analyzed in terms of the high probability of large over-temperature phenomenon during boiler startup.The control of flue gas temperature at each section and steam temperature after desuperheaters at all levels by adjusting the air supply volume,air distribution mode and oil gun on/off is investigated.The control of rate of rising pressure and temperature in strict accordance with the start-up curve specification capable of solving the problem of tube wall overtemperature during boiler start-up is verified,so as to guarantee the safety of unit boiler operation.
