摘要
潜水医学是专门研究和解决高气压与水下环境中各种因素对人体造成的一系列医学问题的一门应用性学科。与其他基础医学课程相比,潜水医学课程内容设置丰富多样,实践性强。实践课的教学质量的高低关乎整门课程教学质量的提升。目前潜水医学实践课中存在的教学问题,包括:教学条件尚待更新完善、学员课堂参与度低且动手机会少、课程设计欠缺现场医学保障技能的教学、部分学员学习时间少和学习兴趣不足、特殊环境教学时安全责任重大的问题。文章针对这些存在的问题,就如何提高其教学质量提出几点措施,包括完善实践课教学条件、采用分组教学或小组合作式模式、搭建切实可行的教学实践基地、结合思政教育,激发学员的学习热情等。通过以上措施最终促进整门课程教学质量的提高,努力为部队培养出更多的优秀人才。
Diving medicine is an applied discipline that specializes in researching and solving a series of medical problems caused by various factors in high-pressure and underwater environments on the human body.Compared with other basic medical courses,diving medicine courses have rich and diverse content and strong practicality.The teaching quality of practical courses is related to the improvement of the overall teaching quality of the course.At present,there are teaching problems in diving medical practice courses,including:teaching conditions that need to be updated and improved,low participation of students in the classroom and less use of mobile phones,lack of on-site medical support skills in course design,limited learning time and interest for some students,and significant safety responsibilities during special environment teaching.This article proposes several measures to improve the teaching quality of these existing problems,including improving the teaching conditions of practical courses,adopting group teaching or group cooperation mode,building practical teaching practice bases,and combining ideological and political education to stimulate students'learning enthusiasm.Through the above measures,we will ultimately promote the improvement of the teaching quality of the entire course and strive to cultivate more outstanding talents for the military.
