摘要
目的观察分析妇产科教学中应用混合式教学法的临床价值及效果。方法滨州医学院附属医院在2020年7月—2021年7月纳入80名妇产科临床医学专业医学生作为研究对象,按照随机抽签的方式将其均等分为两组,即对照组40名、研究组40名,对照组按常规模式实施教学、研究组按混合式教学法实施教学,将两组教学效果(考核成绩、教学总满意度)展开评价分析。结果与对照组相比,研究组在实施混合式教学法后,其各项考核成绩(病例分析、操作技能、综合能力)均明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),同时研究组教学总满意度统计结果与对照组相比明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇产科教学工作十分关键,通过使用慕课与翻转课堂结合的混合式教学法,能够明显提升医学生各项考核成绩,对后续临床工作的开展具有重要作用;同时该方法更加容易得到认可与接受,因此教学总满意度更高,与常规模式相比,具有诸多积极作用,适合深入探讨与普及。
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical value and effect of mixed teaching method in obstetrics and gynecology teaching.Methods From July 2020 to July 2021,a total of 80 medical students majoring in clinical medicine of obstetrics and gynecology were included as the research objects.They were equally divided into two groups by random lot,namely,40 in the control group and 40 in the research group.The control group was taught according to the conventional mode and the research group was taught according to the mixed teaching method,Evaluate and analyze the two groups of teaching effects(assessment results and total teaching satisfaction).Results Compared with the control group,the examination scores(case analysis,operation skills,comprehensive ability)of the study group were significantly higher after the implementation of the blended teaching method,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At the same time,the total teaching satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching work of obstetrics and gynecology is very key.Through the use of the blended teaching method combining MOOC and flipped classroom,the examination scores of medical students can be significantly improved,which plays an important role in the development of subsequent clinical work.At the same time,this method is easier to be recognized and accepted,so the total satisfaction of teaching is higher.Compared with the conventional model,it has many positive effects and is suitable for in-depth discussion and popularization.
