摘要
为避免富水岩溶复合灰岩地层中盾构掘进导致喷水涌砂、地层塌陷等施工风险,依托于广州市某地铁区间工程,从溶洞处理、盾构选型、施工管控处治等方面对与此地层相配套的双模盾构施工方案与技术进行研究。研究表明:对溶洞注浆预处理可有效提高富水岩溶地层的稳定性;串联式泥水/土压平衡双模盾构对此类地层适应性较好,可解决岩块滞排问题;严格执行掘进控制和适当改造设备,有利于保证复合地层中的正常掘进施工。
In order to avoid the construction risks such as water or sand gushing and stratum collapse caused by shield tunneling in the watery karst composite limestone strata,based on a metro section project in Guangzhou,the construction schemes and technology of double model shield matching with strata are studied from the aspects of karst cave treatment,shield selection,construction control and treatment.The research shows that the pretreatment of karst cave can effectively improve the stability of watery karst strata.The serial slurry/earth pressure balanced double-mode shield has good adaptability to such strata and can solve the problem of rock block stagnation.By strictly implementing the tunneling control and properly modifying the equipment,it is beneficial to ensure the normal tunneling construction in the composite strata.
