摘要 针对风电机组在雷击事故中严重损坏的现状,对二次雷电回击引起的暂态电位变化进行了分析研究。文中通过搭建叶片、机舱、等效圆锥体塔筒与接地系统的等效模型,考虑塔筒内部电缆与塔筒之间的耦合互感等问题,并结合某风电公司所提供数据与相关等效参数公式,搭建出π型叶片与接地体、“十段式”塔筒等效电路,后续利用电磁暂态软件ATP-EMTP计算分析塔筒在两种雷击情况下的暂态电位变化。结果表明:两种雷击均会使风电机组产生兆伏级电位变化;塔底处暂态电位变化在两种雷击情况下差别最大;二次雷电回击下塔顶暂态电位将在0.200μs时达到峰值3.856 MV,故二次雷电回击严重威胁风电机组塔筒内部结构与电子器件的正常运行,不容忽视。 In view of the serious damage of wind turbine in lightning strike,the transient potential variation due to the secondary lightning return strike is analyzed and studied.In this paper,by setting up the equivalent model of blade,engine room,equivalent cone drum and the grounding system and considering the coupling mutual inductance between the internal cable of the tower drum and the tower drum as well as in combination with the data and equivalent parameter formula provided by one wind power company,a π type blade and the grounding body,“ten sections of tower drum”equivalent circuit is set up.And the electromagnetic transient software ATP-EMTP is used subsequently to calculate and analyze the transient potential variation of the tower drum under the condition of two kinds of lightning strikes.The results show that both kinds of lightning strike can make the wind turbine generate a potential variation at the MV level.The difference of transient potential at the bottom of the tower is the biggest under two lightning strikes.Under the secondary lightning strike,the transient potential on the top of the tower will reach the peak of3.856 MV at 0.200 μs.Therefore,the secondary lightning strike seriously threatens the normal operation of the internal structure and electronic components of the wind turbine tower drum,which cannot be ignored.
