摘要
针对当前不停电作业中旁路作业系统存在合环并网冲击问题,对旁路作业的系统机理进行分析,并对其并网场景进行梳理分析,分析了绝缘引流线旁路作业、旁路负荷开关作业、桥接施工作业、旁路电缆作业的具体过程,建立合环计算模型描述旁路作业合环并网暂态冲击电流的影响并进行模拟分析。引入动态相量建立合环计算模型描述中压发电车合环并网暂态冲击电流的峰谷值变化趋势。首先分析旁路作业的典型场景,然后对旁路作业的典型场景建立合环暂态计算模型,最后在PSCAD/EMTDC仿真平台搭建旁路作业接入配电网的合环暂态模型。仿真结果表明,旁路作业接入配电网的合环暂态过程中,在待检修的线路前段和后端电流都有一定的波动,具有较大的危害。
Aiming at the problem of loop closure and grid connection impact in the current bypass operation system in zero power outage operation,the system mechanism of bypass operation was analyzed,the specific processes of insulated drainage line bypass operation,bypass load switch operation,bridge construction operation and bypass cable operation were analyzed,a closed-loop calculation model was established to describe the impact of transient impulse current of closed-loop grid-connected bypass operation and conduct simulation analysis.The dynamic phasor was introduced to establish a closed loop calculation model to describe the peak/valley variation trend of the transient impulse current of medium voltage generators connected to the grid.First,the typical scenarios of bypass operations were analyzed,and then a closed loop transient calculation model was established for the typical scenarios of bypass operations.Finally,the closed loop transients model of bypass operations connected to the distribution network were built on the PSCAD/EMTDC simulation platform.The simulation results show that in the transient process of loop closure when the bypass operation is connected to the distribution network,there are certain fluctuations in the current at the front and rear of the line to be repaired,which has great harm.
