大豆蛋白对肾脏疾病影响研究进展

摘要 肾脏是人体重要的排泄器官,拥有强大的生理功能,肾脏功能的下降在大多数情况下是无法逆转的,严重影响人们的生活质量,除传统的药物及透析治疗外,饮食疗法在治疗肾脏疾病的过程中起着关键的辅助作用。传统观点认为,大豆制品含有较多的非必须氨基酸,会增加氨质潴留,并可能使体内的血磷升高,从而加重肾脏的损伤。但近年来研究结果表明,大豆蛋白不仅能够丰富肾脏病患者的饮食种类,更重要的是能够延缓肾脏疾病的进展。本研究就大豆蛋白的重要成分及特点、生物学作用及对各类肾脏疾病的影响方面展开综述,总结大豆饮食对肾脏疾病的保护作用。以“大豆蛋白”“饮食疗法”“肾脏疾病”和“保护作用”为关键词,检索1993-01-01-2022-08-01中国知网及PubMed相关文献。纳入标准:大豆蛋白对肾病相关危险因素的生物学作用;大豆蛋白对各类型肾脏疾病的影响;研究中包含了对照研究的对比结果。排除标准:主题模糊、缺乏可靠依据的文章。最终纳入分析文献45篇。结果表明,大豆蛋白在许多临床研究中证明了其肾脏保护特性,长期食用大豆蛋白可以减少肾小球功能的恶化。提示,大豆蛋白饮食在控制肾脏疾病和延缓发展方面起着重要作用,以期有效稳定病情、延长肾脏病患者的生存期,因此有必要对饮食干预进行研究并制定创新性策略,以确保获得最佳的肾脏保护,并提高患者的生存率及其生活质量。 The kidney is an important excretory organ of the human body and has strong physiological functions.The decline of kidney function is irreversible in most cases and will seriously affect people’s quality of life.In addition to traditional drugs and dialysis treatment, diet therapy plays a key auxiliary role in the treatment of kidney diseases.The traditional view is that soybean products contain more non essential amino acids, which will increase ammonia retention, and may increase blood phosphorus in the body, thus aggravating kidney damage.However, recent studies have shown that soybean protein can not only enrich the diet of patients with kidney disease, but also delay the progress of kidney disease.This paper reviews the important components, characteristics, biological functions and effects of soybean protein on kidney diseases, and summarizes the protective effects of soybean diet on kidney diseases.Relevant literature were searched from CNKI and PubMed from January 1,1993 to August 1,2022 with "soybean protein", "diet therapy", "kidney disease" and "protective effect" as the keywords.Inclusion criteria: biological effect of soybean protein on kidney disease related risk factors;the effect of soybean protein on various kidney diseases;comparative results in control studies.Exclusion criteria: articles with vague topics and lack of reliable basis.Finally, 49 articles were included in the analysis.The results showed that soybean protein proved its nephroprotective properties in many clinical studies, and long-term consumption of soybean protein could reduce the deterioration of glomerular function.It is suggested that soybean protein diet plays an important role in controlling kidney disease and delaying its development, so as to effectively stabilize the disease and prolong the long-term survival rate of patients with kidney disease.It is necessary to conduct additional research on diet intervention and formulate innovative strategies to ensure the best kidney protection and achieve a longer life and bette
