摘要
文章分析了数字经济对人力资本技能结构的影响与作用机制,并基于2011—2020年我国31个省份的面板数据进行了实证检验。结果表明:第一,数字经济显著优化了人力资本技能结构。第二,产业结构升级是数字经济影响人力资本技能结构的中介变量。第三,发现了数字经济影响人力资本技能结构异质性的证据。东部地区数字经济对人力资本结构的影响是显著的,中部、西部和东北地区不显著。经济规模较大和人力资本水平较高的省份显著,经济规模较小和人力资本水平较低的省份不显著。第四,数字经济显著促进了人力资本从中级到高级的演化,对从初级到中级演化的促进不显著。第五,进一步的分析表明数字经济对人力资本技能结构存在显著的空间溢出效应。
This paper analyzes the influence and mechanism of digital economy on human capital skill structure,and then uses the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2011 to 2020 to conduct an empirical test.The results are as follows:First,the digital economy has significantly improved the skill structure of human capital.Second,the upgrading of industrial structure is the intermediary variable of digital economy affecting human capital skill structure.Third,the evidence is found of the heteroge⁃neity of the digital economy’s impact on human capital skill structure.The influence of digital economy on human capital struc⁃ture in the eastern region is significant,while that in the central,western and northeast regions is not significant;that in the prov⁃inces with larger economic scale and higher human capital level is significant,but that in the provinces with smaller economic scale and lower human capital level is not significant.Fourth,the digital economy has significantly promoted the evolution of hu⁃man capital from intermediate to advanced levels,but not significantly promoted the evolution from primary to intermediate.Fifth,further analysis shows that digital economy has a significant spatial spillover effect on human capital skill structure.
