星油藤根腐病镰孢属病原真菌的鉴定及其拮抗菌筛选 被引量:2

Identification of Pathogenic Fusarium Fungi Causing Root Rot of Sacha Inchi(Plukenetia volubilis)and Screening of Its Antagonistic Fungi

摘要 由镰孢属真菌引起的根腐病在星油藤种植园为害严重,限制了该作物的推广种植。为了对该病害进行有效防控,本研究对其病原菌进行分离鉴定,并对拮抗菌株进行筛选。结果表明,引起星油藤根腐病的镰孢属病原菌为尖镰孢菌(Fusarium oxysporum)和茄腐镰孢菌(F.solani)。通过梯度稀释法筛选获得拮抗菌株蜡样芽孢杆菌JK-A和枯草芽孢杆菌JK-Z;通过十字交叉法计算得出JK-A对致病性较强的镰孢属病原DZG-13、DZG-12和DZG-43的抑制率分别为68.19%、68.30%和69.70%,JK-Z的抑制率分别为69.67%、68.67%和68.44%。通过对峙培养筛选对星油藤根腐病菌具有较好拮抗效果的木霉菌株,并对其拮抗机理进行初步研究,获得一株对星油藤根腐病拮抗效果较优的木霉菌株LG004-52。 The root rot disease caused by Fusarium fungi is a serious hazard in sacha inchi plantations,which limits the spread of the crop.In order to prevent and control this disease effectively,the pathogenic fungi were isolated and identified,and the antagonistic strains were screened.The results indicated that the pathogens fungi causing root rot of sacha inchi were F.oxysporum and F.solani.Antagonistic strains Bacillus cereus JK-A and B.subtilis JK-Z were screened out by gradient dilution method.The results of cross crossing method showed that the inhibition rates of JK-A against sickle pathogen strains DZG-13,DZG-12 and DZG-43 were 68.19%,68.30%and 69.70%,and the inhibition rates of JK-Z were 69.67%,68.67%and 68.44%,respectively.The Trichoderma strains with better antagonistic effect on the root rot of sacha inchi were selected by confrontation culture,and the mechanism was studied preliminarily.Based on the research,a Trichoderma strain LG004-52 was obtained showing better antagonistic effect on the root rot of sacha inchi.
