摘要
采取异丙醇铝水解制备高纯氧化铝,实验较环保,且异丙醇能重复利用,降低了生产成本。对合成后的异丙醇铝进行检测,硅的含量很高,添加氧化镧后,异丙醇铝的纯度提高,且不改变异丙醇铝的性质,易产物分离。研究表明,异丙醇铝水解实验表明最佳水解条件为55℃时水解3~5 h;产物粉体中的水分在1200℃保温4 h时已全部蒸发,且当粉体煅烧温度的升高时,粉体比表面积和平均粒度也减小;可以利用Ca、Na、Mg去除杂质,提高氧化铝的纯度。
High-purity alumina was prepared by hydrolysis of aluminum isopropanol.The process was environment-friendly and ISOPROPANOL can be reused,which further reduced the production cost.The content of silicon was very high.When lanthanum oxide was added,the purity of aluminum isopropanol was improved greatly,and the property of aluminum isopropanol was not changed,so it was easy to separate from the product.The results showed that the optimum hydrolysis conditions were as follows:hydrolysis at 55℃for 3~5 h,the moisture in high purity alumina powder evaporated at 1200℃for 4 h,and when the calcination temperature increased,the specific surface area and average particle size of the powder decreased gradually,and the impurity can be removed by CA,NA and MG to improve the purity of alumina.
