摘要
目的研究小果微花藤Iodes vitiginea(Hance)Hemsl.的化学成分。方法小果微花藤80%乙醇提取物采用正相硅胶柱、D101大孔树脂柱、ODS柱、Sephadex LH-20、半制备HPLC进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到14个化合物,分别鉴定为(S)-5-乙基-8,8-二甲基壬醛(1)、3β-O-香草酰基蒲公英赛醇(2)、3β-O-甲酰基蒲公英赛醇(3)、β-谷甾醇(4)、环(脯氨酸-亮氨酸)二肽(5)、(R)-2,3-二羟基丙酯硬脂酸(6)、3α,11β-二羟基海松烷(7)、2′,3′-二羟基丙基十五烷酸酯(8)、2′-O-棕榈酰基-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-β-谷甾醇(9)、6′-O-棕榈酰基-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-β-谷甾醇(10)、棕榈酰基-亚麻酰基-葡萄糖苷(11)、β-胡萝卜苷(12)、松酯醇-4′-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-(1→2)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(13)、松脂素-4′-O-β-D-吡喃葡糖基-4″-O-β-D-呋喃芹菜苷(14)。结论化合物1~14为首次从该植物中分离得到。
AIM To study the chemical constituents from Iodes vitiginea(Hance)Hemsl.METHODS The 80%ethanol extract from I.vitiginea was isolated and purified by silica gel column,D101 macroporous resin,ODS,Sephadex LH-20 and semi-preparative HPLC,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.RESULTS Fourteen compounds were isolated and identified as(S)-5-ethyl-8,8-dimethylnonanal(1),3β-O-vanilloyl-taraxerol(2),3β-formyl-taraxeryl(3),β-sitosterol(4),cyclo(L-pro-L-leu)(5),(R)-2,3-dihydroxypropyl-stearate(6),3α,11β-dihydroxy-pimara-8(14),15-diene(7),2′,3′-dihydroxy-propyl-pentadecanoate(8),β-sitosteryl-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside-2′-O-palmitate(9),(6′-O-palmitoyl)-sitosterol-3-O-β-D-glucoside(10),palmityl-linolacyl-glucoside(11),β-carotenoside(12),pinoresinol-4′-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranoside(13),resinin-4′-O-β-D-glucopyrano-4″-O-β-D-furapigenin(14).CONCLUSION Compounds 1-14 are first isolated from this plant.
