棉织物活性染料雾化染色工艺研究

摘要 我国制订的碳中和目标对纺织行业绿色发展形成刚性要求,低盐或无盐活性染料染色技术是目前少化学品印染技术研究的热点。实验中采用雾化方法代替活性染料两相法轧染染色工艺中染液、碱性固色液对棉织物的浸轧加工,研究雾化染色工艺雾化时间、染料浓度等对染色效果的影响。结果表明,当雾化染色时间为6 min,染料浓度为60 g/L时,棉织物活性染料雾化染色可获得与传统两相法轧染染色相同的染色效果,染色后织物K/S值为25.861,耐干摩擦色牢度4~5级,耐湿摩擦色牢度4级,耐皂洗色牢度4级,透气性为460 mm·s-1。雾化染色工艺同时适用于棉织物活性染料拼混染色。 The goal of carbon neutralization has made rigid requirements for the green development of textile industry.The dyeing technology with low salt or non-salt reactive dyes is currently a hot spot in the research of printing and dyeing technology with fewer chemicals.In this paper,atomization method was used to replace the dyeing liquid and basic color fixing liquid in the two-phase pad dyeing process of reactive dyes,and the influence of atomizing dyeing time and dye concentration on dyeing effect was studied.The results showed that when the atomizing dyeing time was 6 min and the dye concentration was 60 g/L,the cotton fabric dyed by atomizing dyeing craft with reactive dye could obtain the same dyeing effect as the traditional two-phase pad dyeing.The K/S value of the dyed fabric was 25.861,the color fastness to dry friction was 4~5,the color fastness to wet friction was 4,and the color fastness to soap was 4.The air permeability was up to 460 mm·s-1.Atomizing dyeing process is also suitable for cotton fabric dyed with mixed reactive dyes.
