核桃青皮色素对Lyocell纤维染色的工艺优化

摘要 为了推广环境友好的染色工艺,应用天然核桃青皮色素对Lyocell纤维进行染色。选用氯化镧为媒染固色剂,一浴二步预媒染染色工艺进行染色。以染色温度、染色时间、媒染剂质量浓度为考察因子进行单因素试验,讨论各单因素对Lyocell纤维染色的影响,使用响应面法优化染色工艺参数。结果表明:优化的染色工艺为染色温度95℃,染色时间78 min,媒染剂质量浓度5 g/L;影响Lyocell纤维上染效果的各因素的主次顺序为:媒染剂质量浓度>染色温度>染色时间。最优工艺染色后Lyocell纤维呈较浅的咖啡色,其单纤维强力未受影响,耐皂洗色牢度满足服用要求。 In order to promote environment-friendly dyeing process,natural walnut peel pigment was used to dye Lyocell fiber.Lanthanum chloride was selected as dye fixing agent,and one bath and two steps pre-dye process was used for dyeing.Single factor test was carried out with dyeing temperature,dyeing time and mordant concentration as factors to discuss the influence of each single factor on Lyocell fiber dyeing,and then the dyeing process parameters were optimized by using response surface method.The results show that the optimized dyeing process is as follows:dyeing temperature 95℃,dyeing time 78 min,mordant concentration 5 g/L;The order of factors affecting the dyeing effect of Lyocell fiber is as follows:mordant concentration>dyeing temperature>dyeing time.Lyocell fiber dyed by the optimum process has a light coffee color,but its fiber strength is not affected,and its washing fastness also meets the wearing requirements.
