永磁同步电动机在地面生产系统应用的节能效果分析 被引量:1

摘要 分析了内蒙古电投能源南露天矿地面生产系统331带式输送机永磁同步电动机变频驱动技术的特点,具体为:转速低、大转矩、传动效率高、故障率低、结构简单、安装简便、维护成本低;永磁同步电动机具有较低的故障率,提高了生产效率。结果表明:永磁同步电动机在地面生产系统的应用,节能效果显著,通过计算可推算出电机机械效率提高了18%左右。 This article analyzes the features of the permanent magnet synchronous motor variable frequency drive technology used on the ground production system 331 belt conveyor in South Open-pit Mine of Inner Mongolia Power Investment Energy Company,which has low rotating speed,large torque,high transmission efficiency,low failure rate,simple structure,easy installation and low maintenance cost.The permanent magnet synchronous motor has low failure rate,which improves production efficiency.The results show that the energy save effect of permanent magnet synchronous motor is notable.The mechanical efficiency of the motor has been improved by 18%by the following formula.
