摘要
根据永磁体的退磁特性,推导了表贴式永磁电机的最大不失磁电流以及对应的最大转矩、最大气隙剪切力和最大加速能力的解析计算公式,总结了提高相应性能指标的措施。这些解析公式建立了电机的结构尺寸和性能之间的联系,为永磁电机的设计与运行极限的确定提供了依据,相关公式同样适用于多相永磁电机。有限元的仿真结果证明了公式的准确性和有效性。
Based on the magnet characteristic,analytical expressions of the maximum current without demagnetization,maximum torque,air-gap shear stress and acceleration capability of the surface-mounted permanent magnet(PM) motor were given,and some measures to increase the relevant performance were summed up.These expressions established the relation between dimension and performance of PM motor,which provide the basis for design and operating limits of PM motor.The established formulas could also apply to multi-phase PM motor.The correctness and effectiveness of the formulas were verified by the finite element simulation results.
