摘要
为深入研究法医学专业学生法治素质的培育路径,对法医学专业在校生和毕业生的法治素质现状进行了调查和对比,并对法医学专业法治素质的影响因素进行了分析。结果显示:法医学专业在校生与毕业生相比,在法律知识、法治观念方面还有欠缺,而在尚法精神和用法能力上则显现出优势。影响学生法治素质的因素在高校主要在于传统法治教育的效果不足;而在社会与职场环境中则在于法治教育的缺失与社会环境导致的法治教育效果削弱。提示高校在法医学专业学生培养过程中创新法治教育的形式与内容,而在法医职场则需要加强法治教育的力度与广度。
To explore the path of cultivating the rule-of-law quality for students of forensic medicine majors,a survey and comparison of the rule-of-law quality of forensic medicine students and graduates was conducted,and the influencing factors of the rule-of-law quality of forensic medicine majors were analyzed.The results showed that compared with forensic medicine graduates,students still lack legal knowledge and the concept of the rule of law,while showing advantages in the spirit of the rule of law and the ability to apply law.The factors that affect students'rule-of-law quality in higher education mainly lie in the insufficient effect of traditional rule-of-law education,while in the social and workplace environment it is due to the lack of rule-of-law education and the weakening of the effect of rule-of-law education caused by the social environment.It suggests that universities need to innovate the forms and content of rule-of-law education in the process of cultivating forensic medicine students,and in the forensic medicine workplace,there is a need to strengthen the intensity and breadth of rule-of-law education.
