摘要
教育部启动职业院校内部质量保证体系诊断与改进工作以来,部分职业院校对诊改理论学习不深,诊改工作认识不够,诊改内涵把握不准,未启动诊改学校处于诊改开展前的“疲软状态”起步难,已通过诊改复核的学校也处于诊改后的“疲软状态”持续难,该文对疲软状态进行客观分析,提出破解的参考策略,帮助职业院校增强诊改认识,深入理解诊改核心理念,把握诊改运行机制,着力聚焦内部质量保证体系建设。
The Ministry of Education has started the diagnosis and improvement of the internal quality assurance system of vocational colleges.Some vocational colleges have not studied the theory of diagnosis and reform deeply,have insufficient understanding of the work of diagnosis and reform,and have not accurately grasped the connotation of diagnosis and reform.The"weak state"before the launch is difficult to start,and schools that have passed the review of the diagnosis and reform are also in the"weak state"after the diagnosis and reform.This paper makes an objective analysis of the weak state,puts forward some reference strategies to solve it,and helps vocational colleges enhance the understanding of diagnosis and reform,deeply understand the core concept of diagnosis and reform,grasp the operating mechanism of diagnosis and reform,and focus on the construction of internal quality assurance system.
