摘要
为应对信息和数字技术带来的巨大冲击,德国国家图书馆出台了一系列优先发展战略,确定了图书馆建设的重点方向。文章对最新的《德国国家图书馆2021—2024年优先战略》中扩大数字馆藏、优化数字揭示程序、展示数字馆藏、连接文化与科学、发展学习型组织五大行动领域进行了考察,发现该战略在法律和战略框架、复合型人才培养、数字化建设、多元化合作4个方面形成了鲜明特色,并结合我国图书馆建设情况对上述特色做了思考。
The development of information and digital technology has had a huge impact on library services.In response to this challenge,the German National Library has issued a series of development strategies and determined the key development directions of the library.The article examines the five actions in the latest“Strategic Priorities 2021-2024 of the German National Library”,including expanding digital collections,optimizing digital indexing processes,presenting digital collections,connecting culture and science and developing learning organization,and finds that it has formed distinctive features in four aspects:improving the legal and strategic framework,strengthening the cultivation of compound talents,implementing comprehensive digital construction and carrying out diversified cooperation.The article makes a deep thinking on the above characteristics in combination with the construction of libraries in China.
