摘要
目的:回顾性分析儿童面神经麻痹发病的相关因素及“四边五行”法针刺治疗面神经麻痹的临床疗效。方法:观察性别、年龄、发病季节、病侧、病因等影响面神经麻痹疗效因素下的疗效差异,同时观察使用“四边五行”法进行针刺治疗的面神经麻痹患儿治疗前后的H-B评级。结果:病因、发病至就诊时间、感染因素、H-B评级的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。病例绝对数为162例,使用“四边五行”法针刺治疗面神经麻痹1个月的愈显率为81.5%(132/162)。结论:患病后及时就诊,积极治疗原发病,有助于缩短病程,“四边五行”法针刺治疗面神经麻痹临床疗效佳。
Objective:To retrospectively analyze the factors associated with the development of facial nerve palsy in children and the clinical efficacy of acupuncture in treatment of facial nerve palsy based on‘four sides and five elements’method.Methods:The differences in the efficacy of facial nerve palsy in terms of gender,age,season of onset,side of the disease,cause of disease and other factors affecting the efficacy of facial nerve palsy were observed in the study,H-B rating was evaluated before and after the treatment of acupuncture based on‘four sides and five elements’method.Results:The differences in etiology,time from onset to consultation,infection factors,and H-B rating were statistically significant(P<0.05).The absolute number of the cases was 162.The healing rate of facial nerve palsy treated with acupuncture for one month based on‘four sides and five elements’method was 81.5%(132/162).Conclusion:Timely consultation and active treatment of primary disease after onset can help shorten the course of the disease,and the clinical efficacy of the acupuncture based on‘four sides and five elements’method is excellent in treatment of facial nerve palsy.
