摘要
以黄铜矿和闪锌矿的二元混合矿为研究对象,分别考察了钢球介质磨矿和陶瓷球介质磨矿对黄铜矿和闪锌矿混合矿粒度组成、矿浆化学性质的影响规律,并探究了两种磨矿体系下黄铜矿和闪锌矿的浮选分离行为。结果表明,钢球介质磨矿和陶瓷球介质磨矿两种产品的粒度组成相似,但钢球介质磨矿产品粒度更细。在丁基黄药用量为100mg/L、硫酸锌用量为300mg/L、矿浆p H值为10的浮选条件下,陶瓷球介质磨矿体系中黄铜矿和闪锌矿的浮选回收率分别为90.12%和32.46%,钢球介质磨矿体系中黄铜矿和闪锌矿的浮选回收率分别为83.04%和28.60%,陶瓷球介质磨矿后黄铜矿和闪锌矿浮选分离行为更好。两种介质磨矿体系下的矿浆化学性质分析结果表明,相比钢球介质磨矿,陶瓷球介质磨矿体系下矿浆中Fe^(3+)浓度较低,浮选药剂在矿物表面作用更强,因此,陶瓷球介质磨矿更有利于之后黄铜矿和闪锌矿的浮选分离。
Taking the binary mixture of chalcopyrite and sphalerite as the research object,the effects of steel ball medium grinding and ceramic ball medium grinding on the particle size composition and pulp chemical properties of chalcopyrite and sphalerite were investigated,and the flotation separation behaviors of chalcopyrite and sphalerite under two grinding systems were explored.The test results show that the particle size composition of steel ball medium grinding and ceramic ball medium grinding products is similar,but the particle size of steel ball medium grinding products is finer.The recovery rates for chalcopyrite and sphalerite in ceramic dielectric grinding systems were 90.12%and 32.46%,respectively,for a dose of 100 mg/L of butyl xanthate,300 mg/L of zinc sulfate,and a pH of 10.The flotation recovery rates of chalcopyrite and sphalerite were 83.04%and 28.60%,respectively,in the steel spherical dielectric grinding system,and the flotation separation behavior of chalcopyrite and sphalerite was better after the ceramic spherical dielectric grinding.The results of chemical properties analysis of pulp under two media grinding systems show that,compared with steel ball grinding,the Fe^(3+)concentration in pulp under ceramic ball grinding system is lower,and the flotation agent has stronger effect on mineral surface.Therefore,ceramic ball grinding is more conducive to the flotation separation of chalcopyrite and sphalerite.
