海藻酸钠联合超声处理油酸钠分离细粒级白钨矿与含钙脉石

Combinatorial Effects of Sodium Alginate and Ultrasonic Treated Sodium Oleate on the Separation of Fine Scheelite and Calcium Gangue

摘要 通过浮选试验和红外光谱测试研究了海藻酸钠与超声处理油酸钠(NaOL)在细粒级白钨矿与含钙脉石分离中的作用,分析了海藻酸钠与矿物的作用机理。结果表明,海藻酸钠主要通过氢键作用吸附在白钨矿表面,而在萤石和方解石表面的吸附是化学吸附和氢键共同作用的结果,因此海藻酸钠对含钙脉石的抑制作用强于白钨矿,但对细粒级白钨矿也有一定程度的抑制。对NaOL进行超声波处理可以提高其对细粒级白钨矿、方解石、萤石三种矿物的捕收能力,且白钨矿浮选回收率提高值高于方解石和萤石,因此,海藻酸钠为抑制剂条件下使用超声波对NaOL进行处理可以扩大细粒级白钨矿与萤石、方解石间的回收率差异,提高细粒级白钨矿与含钙脉石的分离效果。 The effects of sodium alginate and ultrasonic treatment of sodium oleate(NaOL)on the separation of fine scheelite from calcium-containing gangue were studied by flotation test and infrared spectrum test,and the mechanism of sodium alginate and minerals was analyzed.The results show that sodium alginate is mainly adsorbed on scheelite surface by hydrogen bonding,while its adsorption on fluorite and calcite surface is the result of chemical adsorption and hydrogen bonding,so the inhibition of sodium alginate on calcium-containing gangue is stronger than scheelite,but fine scheelite is also inhibited to some extent.Ultrasonic treatment of NaOL can improve its ability to collect fine-grained scheelite,calcite and fluorite,and the flotation recovery of scheelite is higher than that of calcite and fluorite.Therefore,ultrasonic treatment of NaOL with sodium alginate as inhibitor can widen the recovery difference between fine-grained scheelite and calcium-containing gangue fluorite and calcite,and improve the separation effect of fine-grained scheelite and calcium-containing gangue.
