摘要
为查明某低品位钼多金属矿的矿石可选性,对该矿石进行了实验室选矿试验研究。结果表明:该矿石中主要可回收的金属矿物为辉钼矿,可综合回收的伴生金属矿物为辉铋矿和白钨矿;采用钼铋混浮—分离,混浮尾矿选白钨的全浮选流程,闭路试验可获得Mo品位为52.42%,钼金属回收率为95.11%的钼精矿以及Bi品位为15.16%,铋金属回收率为53.06%的铋精矿和WO3品位为30.5%,WO3回收率为36.60%的白钨精矿。研究结果为矿山日后的开发提供了必要的技术依据。
A laboratory test was made to identify the beneficiability of a low grade molybdenum polymetallic ore . The results show that molybdenite is the main recoverable metal mineral and bismuthinite and scheelite are the associated metal minerals recoverable. A full flotation flowsheet consisting of molybdenum-bismuth bulk flotation and separation, and scheelite separation from the bulk flotation tailings was adopted. The closed-circuit test gained a molybdenum concentrate grading 52.42% at a 95.11% recovery, a bismuth concentrate grading 15.16% at a 53.06% recovery and a scheelite concentrate grading 30.5% at a 36.60% recovery. The study results provide a technical basis necessary for the future resource exploitation.
