摘要
“风光储一体化”是将风电、光伏发电项目建设在同场站或相近地理位置,适度配置储能设施,通过一体化协调控制实现抑制功率随机波动性、提高公共基础设施利用率、提高电网安全可靠性的一种应用技术。该文结合风、光资源的观测数据,量化分析了风光互补的技术经济性,分析了风光储一体化项目的最佳风、光容量配比,提出了风光储一体化项目实施的技术设想。
Integration of wind,solar and energy storage is an application technology that builds wind power and solar power generation projects in the same station or within a certain region,which improves the utilization of public infrastructure,the security and reliability of power grid.The random fluctuation of power can be suppressed by appropriately configuring energy storage facilities and integrated coordinated control.Based on the observation data of wind and solar resources,this paper quantitatively analyzes the technical economy of wind and solar complementation,educes the optimal ratio of wind and solar power capacity for the integration project,and puts forward the technical suppose for the implementation of the integration project of wind,solar and energy storage.
