摘要
为保证主拱圈在规定时间内合龙,采用无应力状态法对拱圈施工过程中的线形进行计算,提出一种基于影响矩阵的索力计算和优化方法,实现扣索的一次张拉即可满足施工和设计要求,并以一座钢管混凝土拱桥为例,应用该方法对主拱圈的安装进行线形和索力控制。合龙后主拱圈的成拱线形和索力实测值与理论值吻合,验证了该方法能够精确控制成拱线形。
In order to ensure the closure of the main arch ring within the specified time,the line shape during the construction process of the arch ring is calculated using the stress-free state method,and a cable force calculation and optimization method based on the influence matrix is proposed to meet construction and design requirements by one-time tensioning of the buckle cable.Taking a CFST arch bridge as an example,this method is used to control the alignment and cable force of the installation of the main arch ring.The measured values meet with the theoretical values of arched line shape of the main arch ring and cable force after closure,which verifies that this method can control arched line shape accurately.
