摘要
草本植物黄芩作为我国的传统中药,具有清热燥湿、泻火解毒的功效,其应用范围广阔并且极具临床价值,早期主要用于保肝、清热解毒、化痰止咳、除湿利尿、止血安胎、化脓性感染、黄疸等疾病。近年来研究表明,黄芩除具有清热化痰等药理活性外,还具有抗炎、抗氧化、抗病毒、保肝利胆等药理作用,尤其在保护和防治中枢神经系统疾病中起到了重要作用。黄芩苷是黄芩中含量最高的化合物,也是药典中规定的黄芩质量把控的关键指标。黄芩及黄芩苷具有多种药效,安全性高、副作用小,特别是对于神经精神系统疾病也具有较好的疗效。因此本文对黄芩及黄芩苷在神经精神疾病中所产生的作用和临床应用进行综述,为扩大黄芩的适应证,开发以黄芩苷为基础的新型神经保护药物提供参考与借鉴。
The natural herb Scutellaria baicalensis has a long history as a traditional Chinese medicine,with the efficacy of clearing heat and dampness,dipping fire and detoxifying the toxins.In recent years,research has shown that in addition to the pharmacological activities of Baicalin,it also has anti-inflammatory,antiviral,antioxidant and antitumor properties,especially in the protection and prevention of central nervous system diseases.Baicalin,as the most abundant compound,is the key indicator for quality control of Scutellaria baicalensis.Baicalin,as a natural flavonoid,can produce various medicinal effects,especially for neuropsychiatric disorders.This review will summarize the effects and clinical applications of baicalin and baicalin in the neuropsychiatric system,which can provide reference and reference for expanding the indications of baicalin and developing new neuroprotective drugs based on baicalin.
