摘要
随着中国老龄化社会的到来,骨质疏松症(OP)成为严重威胁老年人健康的疾病之一。目前该疾病中西医诊疗实践尚存在不足,因此,世界中医药学会联合会骨质疏松专业委员会组织撰写《骨质疏松症中西医结合诊疗专家共识》。在充分查阅国内外相关文献和国内外最新研究成果的基础上,结合中国医疗实际情况,针对骨质疏松的定义、临床诊断、中西医结合治疗、疗效评价、中西医结合预防和康复等方面达成的专家共识。本共识为临床医务工作者在中西医结合临床诊断治疗骨质疏松症方面提供科学指导,推动中国骨质疏松症的中西医结合诊疗规范化发展。
With the advent of an aging society in China,osteoporosis(OP)has become one of the diseases that seriously threaten the health of the elderly.Currently,there are still deficiencies in the practice of traditional Chinese and western medicine diagnosis and treatment of OP.Therefore,the Specialized Committee on Bone and Joint Diseases of World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies organized the formulation of the“Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Osteoporosis with Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine”.On the basis of fully consulting relevant literature and the latest research findings in China and abroad,combined with the actual medical situation in China,the consensus has been formulated on the definition,clinical diagnosis,integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment,curative effect evaluation,integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine prevention and rehabilitation of OP.This consensus can provide scientific guidance for clinical medical workers in the diagnosis and treatment of OP with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine and promote the standardized development of the diagnosis and treatment of OP with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in China.
