摘要
目的通过将新编骨质疏松症生活质量量表（OQOLS）与健康状况问卷（SF-36）进行比较，探讨OQOLS量表与SF-36的关联效度。方法用OQOLS量表和SF-36同时测定214例骨质疏松症患者，并考核两个量表测量数据的相关性。结果OQOLS量表和SF-36两个量表各维度及总分间的相关系数分别为0．301～0．846，相关均具有显著性（P〈0．01）。结论OQOLS量表具有较好地信、效度，可以用于我国原发性骨质疏松症患者生活质量的测评。
Objective To test the correlation validity between osteoporosis quality of life scale （OQOLS） and the medical outcoms study 36-item short-form health survey （SF-36）. Methods The correlation coefficients between OQOLS and SF-36 were examined based on 240 cases with osteoporosis. Results The correlations coefficients of the domains of the OQOLS with the commonly used SF-36 ranged from 0. 301 to 0. 846（all P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The OQOLS attained satisfactory reliability and validity and could be assessed quality of life for osteoporosis patient.
