摘要
目的探讨抑郁对老年髋部骨质疏松性骨折愈合及患者生活质量的影响。方法选择2013年1月~2015年12月于我院就诊的老年髋部骨质疏松性骨折患者90例,依据贝克抑郁量表第二版（BDI-Ⅱ）评分的不同分为抑郁组38例、非抑郁组52例。比较治疗后两组患者的骨折愈合情况,并采用简明健康状况问卷（SF-36）比较两组患者的生活质量。结果抑郁组患者创面愈合时间长于非抑郁组（P〈0.05）。抑郁组患者生活质量低于非抑郁组（P〈0.05）。结论抑郁情绪能够延迟老年髋部骨质疏松性骨折愈合时间,降低患者的生活质量,不利于患者病情的转归,建议在治疗过程中给予心理干预措施。
Objective To explore the influence of depression on fracture healing of elderly hip osteoporosis fracture. Methods A total of 90 elderly patients with hip osteoporosis fracture in our hospital from Jan 2013 to Dec 2015 were selected. According to different BDI- Ⅱ score,patients were divided into depression group（n=38）and non-depression group（n=52）.The fracture healing and SF-36 on quality of life of two groups after treatment were compared. Results The fracture healing level in the depression group was significantly superior than that in the non-depression group（P〈0.05）.The quality of life in the depression group was significantly lower than that in the non-depression group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Depression can delay healing time of osteoporotic hip fracture,reduce the patient＇s quality of life,which goes against prognosis of disease. Psychological intervention is advised in the process of treating patients.
