摘要
目的:基于国家专利数据库探析中药复方治疗甲状腺功能亢进症的用药规律。方法:进入中国专利公布公告网检索并提取所有治疗甲状腺功能亢进症的中药复方专利数据,应用Microsoft Excel 2019建立数据库,进行药物的频次、功效、性味、归经统计分析,借助SPSS软件进行关联规则及药物聚类分析。结果:共纳入126项治疗甲状腺功能亢进症的中药专利复方,涉及中药503味,得到用药频次≥12次的中药34味,包括夏枯草、白芍、牡蛎、生地黄等;药物类别以补虚药、清热药、化痰止咳平喘药为主;药性以寒、微寒为主,药味以苦、甘、辛为主,归经以肝、肺二经为主;关联规则分析共得到26个组合,包括4个药对,22个三味药组;聚类分析得到5类药物。结论:中药复方治疗甲状腺功能亢进症以补虚药、清热药、止咳化痰平喘药为主,以疏肝理气、化痰散结、清热泻火和益气养阴为法。
Objective:To analyze medication laws of Chinese medicinal compound formulas in the treatment of hyperthyroidism based on the National Patent Database.Methods:All patent data of Chinese medicinal compound formulas for treating hyperthyroidism were searched and extracted through entering the China Patent Announcement Network.By using Microsoft Excel 2019,a database for statistical analysis of drug frequency,efficacy,taste,and meridian tropism was established.With the help of SPSS software,association rule analysis and drug clustering analysis were performed.Results:A total of 126 patented Chinese medicinal formulas for the treatment of hyperthyroidism were included,involving 503 Chinese medicinals,and 34 Chinese medicinals with a frequency of≥12 were obtained,including Xiakucao(Spica Prunellae),Baishao(Radix Paeoniae Alba),Muli(Concha Ostreae),Shengdihuang(Radix Rehmanniae),etc.The main types of drugs were deficiency-tonifying drugs,heat-clearing drugs,and drugs for resolving phlegm and relieving cough and calming asthma.The medicinal properties were mainly cold and slightly cold;The medicinal taste was mainly bitter,sweet,and spicy,and the involved meridians were mainly liver and lung.A total of 26 combinations were obtained through association rule analysis,including 4 drug pairs and 22 three-ingredient drug pairs.Cluster analysis obtained 5 types of drugs.Conclusion:The treatment of hyperthyroidism with Chinese medicinal compound formulas mainly include deficiency-tonifying drugs,heat-clearing drugs,and drugs for resolving phlegm and relieving cough and calming asthma.The treating methods include soothing the liver and regulating qi,resolving phlegm and dispersing nodules,clearing heat and purging fire,supplementing qi and nourishing yin.
