摘要
氟碳涂料是以含氟树脂为主要成膜物质的系列涂料,是在氟树脂基础上经过改性、加工而成的一种新型涂层材料,其主要特点是树脂中含有大量的F-C键。在受热、光(包括紫外线)的作用下,F-C键难以断裂,因此显示出超长的耐候性及耐化学介质腐蚀,其稳定性是所有树脂涂料中最好的,一般应用于建筑、桥梁、飞机和船舶等对耐候性要求很高的场合。本文主要概述了聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)涂料、聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)涂料、氟烯烃与烷基乙烯基醚或酯的共聚物(FEVE)涂料、乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物(ETFE)涂料以及乙烯-三氟氯乙烯共聚物(ECTFE)涂料等氟碳涂料的研究进展。
Fluorocarbon coating is a series of coatings with fluororesin as the main film-forming material,which is a new type of coating material modified and processed on the basis of fluororesin,and its main feature is that the resin contains a large number of F-C bonds.Under the action of heat and light(including ultraviolet rays),the F-C bond is difficult to break,so it shows long weather resistance and chemical resistance,and its stability is the best of all resin coatings,and is generally used in buildings,bridges,aircraft and ships and other occasions with high requirements for weather resistance.This paper mainly summarizes the research progress of fluorocarbon coatings such as polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)coatings,polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)coatings,fluoroolefins and alkyl vinyl ether or ester copolymer(FEVE)coatings,ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene copolymer(ETFE)coatings and ethylene-trifluoroethylene copolymer(ECTFE)coatings.
