FEVE树脂改性聚酯-丙烯酸粉末涂料的制备与性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 主要介绍了FEVE树脂改性聚酯-丙烯酸粉末涂料的配方设计和制备工艺。首先对被改性的丙烯酸树脂和聚酯树脂的品种进行筛选,再对制备工艺进行筛选,最后对比了FEVE树脂改性不同品种耐候树脂的性能。结果表明:选择环氧当量500〜550 g/mol的缩水甘油基丙烯酸树脂与酸值32~38 mgKOH/g的聚酯树脂按质量比1:1混合挤出制备粉末涂料后,再与FEVE纯氟碳粉末按质量比(2〜1):1外混合制备的FEVE树脂改性聚酯-丙烯酸粉末涂料,相对于氟碳改性其他品种树脂的粉末涂料具有平整的涂膜外观,优异的机械性能和耐候性能。 This article mainly introduced the formulation design and preparation process of FEVE modified polyester-acrylic powder coating.Firstly,the acrylic resin and polyester resin to be modified were screened,followed by selection of preparation process,then the performance of weather-resistant resins modified with FEVE were compared.The results showed that when the FEVE resin was dry blended with the powder coating at a mass ratio of 2:1-1:1,which was prepared through extrusion of glycidyl pure acrylic resin(epoxide equivalent 500-550 g/mol)and polyester resin(acid value 32-38 mgKOH/g)at a mass ratio 1:1,the powder product presented excellent performance in terms of mechanical properties and weather resistance,compared with other FEVE modified powder coatings.
