摘要
目的:探究古代治疗痿证方剂的组方用药规律。方法:搜集整理古代文献中主要治疗痿证的方剂,建立Excel数据库,应用古今医案云平台(V2.3.5)系统、SPSS Modeler 14.1软件从单味药频次统计、归经统计、关联规则、聚类以及复杂网络分析等角度对搜集到的方剂进行数据挖掘。结果:筛选出符合条件的方剂217首,包含药物264种,其中使用频次≥30的药物有23味,使用频次最高的药物是牛膝(81次)。药物归经以脾、肾经为主。共现频次较高的药物组合包括“牛膝-熟地黄”“当归-人参”“甘草-人参”等。频次居前10位的药物可聚为4类。经复杂网络分析得出核心处方包含牛膝、当归、熟地黄、黄芪等药物。结论:中医药治疗痿证标本兼顾,以补虚药为主,配伍清热、祛湿、活血药等以祛邪。用药上,以牛膝、熟地黄、当归等为基础药物。以脾肾为主要脏腑辨治痿证符合古代治疗痿证用药规律。提炼出的核心处方具有补益气血、补肾填精等功效。
Objective:To explore the compatibility regularity of ancient prescription on atrophy syndrome.Methods:The prescriptions for treating atrophy syndrome in ancient literature were collected and sorted out,and an Excel database was established.The data mining of prescription collected was carried out from the perspectives of single medicine frequency statistics,meridian tropism statistics,association rules,clustering analysis,and complex network analysis by the ancient and modern medical case cloud platform(V2.3.5)system and SPSS Modeler 14.1 software.Results:A total of 217 prescriptions were screened,including 264 kinds of medicines.Among them,a total of 23 kinds of medicines were used not less than 30 times,and the medicine with the highest frequency was Niuxi(Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae)of 81 times.The meridian tropism of drugs was mostly spleen and kidney meridian.Drug combinations with high co-occurrence frequency were Niuxi-Shudihuang(Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata),Danggui(Radix Angelicae Sinensis)-Renshen(Radix Ginseng),Gancao(Radix Glycyrrhizae)-Renshen and so on.The top 10 drugs with the highest frequency could be divided into 4 categories.Through complex network analysis,it was concluded that the core prescriptions were composed of Niuxi,Danggui,Shudihuang,Huangqi(Radix Astragali),etc..Conclusion:TCM medicine treats both the symptoms and root causes of atrophy syndrome.The medicines used are mainly tonic medicines,and are compatible with heat-clearing,dampness-removing,and blood-activating medicines to remove pathogens.In terms of medication selection,the basic medicines are Niuxi,Shudihuang,Danggui and so on.Taking the spleen and kidney as the main viscera to distinguish and treat atrophy syndrome based on syndrome differentiation is in line with the ancient medication rule for treating atrophy.The extracted core prescription has the functions of tonifying Qi(气)and blood,tonifying kidney and strengthening essence,etc..
