北运河流域防洪现状及洪水风险分析 被引量:1

Current situation and flood risk analysis of Beijing Beiynuhe Basin

摘要 北运河流域是海河流域重要行洪河道,洪涝灾害频繁发生;北京市中心城、城市副中心等重要区域集中在流域内。北运河流域现状防洪体系不完善,规划水库、蓄滞洪(涝)区未实施、骨干河道堤防未全线达标,导致重要区域存在较大防洪风险。通过分析规划实施情况,搭建数学模型,核算评价现状及近远期不同规划情况下北运河洪水,分析评价流域现状防洪风险,提出了全面规划、优化调整方案,有序推动保障城市副中心等重要区域防洪安全的规划实施。 Beiyunhe Basin is an important flood channel in Haihe Basin,and flood disasters occur frequently.The central city of Beijing,the sub-center of the city and other important areas are concentrated in the river basin.The current flood control system in the North Canal basin is not perfect,which is reflected in the fact that the planned reservoir,the flood storage and detention area are not implemented,and the main river embankment is not up to the standard in the whole line,thus leading to greater flood control risks in important areas.Based on the concrete analysis of the implementation of the planning,the mathematical model was built to calculate and evaluate the current situation and the Beiyunhe flood under different planning conditions in the near and long term,and the flood control risk of the current watershed was analyzed and evaluated.The comprehensive planning,optimization and adjustment scheme was put forward,and the planning and implementation concept of protecting the flood control safety of important areas such as the sub-center of the city was promoted in an orderly way.
